What to expect

A step-by-step guide to online styling

Step One:

Prior to our session, we will have a one-hour call where we’ll go through my style questionnaire in detail. This will help me gain a deeper understanding of you, your lifestyle, your requirements, and what you would like to achieve from our time together. Following the call, you will receive a personalised Pinterest board inspired by our conversation, giving you a clearer vision of the styles, looks, and overall aesthetic we discussed.

Step Two: 

Using the information you have shared, along with my expert styling knowledge, I will create a bespoke style board featuring a curated selection of products, hand-picked from across the internet. I use a user-friendly platform where all items are organised into categories, complete with direct hyperlinks, making it easy for you to browse and shop the looks curated for you.

Step Three: 

I will send your personalised style board to you via email. From there, you will be able to browse the curated selections and explore the pieces I have specifically chosen for you. You’ll also have the option to thumbs up or thumbs down items, as well as leave relevant comments for me to review and action accordingly. Further information about this process will be included in a PDF you will receive prior to your edit, outlining the number of changes or additions included within the quote provided.

The online shopping service was just as awesome. Hattie makes everything so easy and fun. I was on the hunt for some autumn/winter clothes and some evening wear, and she created a personalized board with so many options for me to choose from. And if I wanted more options, all I had to do was ask!

Our shopping day in Selfridges was such an eye opener. When I walked into the suite, I must admit I was a little dubious when I saw the items she had chosen for me. I needn’t have worried - each and every item I tried on was a revelation! Shapes, colours and styles I would never have chosen for myself seemed to suit me so well.
